Get started with writing.

Do you want to write amazing stories or articles or your life story of some point that will inspire other people? But you simply don’t know where to start or how to start and that’s what is holding you back.

I know the struggle first hand, I still have this conflict with myself where I don’t know what to even write about and if people will read it or not or if they will like it or not. My confidence automatically dies down with all of the “What if” thoughts and I never get started at this rate. And these writer blocking thoughts has to stop!

This post right now, is my first post that I’ll publish because I just want to get started at some point. I don’t need it to be perfect or amazing, just enough to tell myself that I’ve started and there is no turning back now. Even if I get zero the size of a mountain reads and claps. We have to proceed, not slack behind.

This is what you all can do as well. Write something, anything and it doesn’t have to be perfect. Write anything that you like, do it casually. We aren’t professional so we have to stop thinking of making our very first post as professional as possible. There is plenty of time to get professional, but the first post can be casual, because that’s what makes me get started with writing without worrying if it was good enough. I know it isn’t a top post like all the other popular writers. And I accept this truth. So should you.

This post is casual and I like it. It’s short but that’s alright, no worries. Just start writing, what ever it may be, get started. You can write about feminism or finance or freelance writing or thoes “how to” type of posts or “What to do” posts. Anything, but just get started.

I’m challenging myself to write and post this entire week with out fail and these are some of the topics that I like. It’s not all related with eachother but something is better than nothing, yeah.

Today was just a start-up, tomorrow I’ll write a better post. All the new writers who haven’t posted yet, start with me. You can send me the link to your first posts and support eachother cause that’s what we do!
