Mongolian Adventure

We are safely arrived this morning (6.50am local time) into the capital city of Mongolia – Ulaanbaatar.

The train from Moscow was like nothing else we’ve ever experienced… so many stories to tell you all! We have just picked up our van for the next four days of adventuring in Mongolia, which is beautiful and fully loaded with all the camping and cooking equipment we could possibly need. Our guide Orgil is coming with us to national parks, waterfalls, sand dunes, and traditional Mongolian yurts, so we have the inside track and a native speaker to help get the most out of our time here.

We have taken so many photos in Moscow and across Siberia, and we can’t wait to share them with you here when we have had time to get them off the camera and we get decent WiFi (probably not until Beijing). I will post some stories that I wrote on the train these past few days now before we jump in the van and leave WiFi.

Signing off for now,

G&D
