Owning the Problems and Searching for Solution.

The problem is a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome. If we stuck ourselves with problems we will never get success. The problems only occur in our lives to groom ourselves and take our comfortable level out of the box.

“You can’t solve a dignity problem with military force.”

I wanted to tell our story about facing the problems and how I and my team search the different solutions and act upon these solutions. Without a team, we can not do any task.

“Every problem has in it the seeds of its own solution. If you don’t have any problems, you don’t get any seeds.”

We were collecting the funds for the Edhi foundation. There we face many problems and we stuck on the face these bravely. We stay calm and find solutions to our problems. The solutions are:

1. We can collect more from universities as all are educated and we can deliver our message easily.

2. We can also have support from folks at signals. We can right inspiring quotes #iamEdhi #Edhi is still alive #humanity. And can encourage people to donate as much as they can.

3. We can go from market to market to convince people and to show them the donation box to contribute to humanity.

“When you confront a problem you begin to solve it.”

Our solutions were really helpful for us because we have backups of every solution. We went to universities and the response was more than our expectations. Then we step higher to come outside from our comfort box and we went to roads. The most difficult work but we as a team work together, feel the fear and let go that fear far away. After that, we went to markets and the response from there beyond explainable. We repeat these processes if our one solution did not work we implement the other solution and finally, we made it.

The smile on our face is priceless. Our team and our circle did their work perfectly and make the world proud. Everyone went out of their comfort zone, came up with different solutions, made a JUGAAR, ask for help and brainstorm it, accept the failure, try the next step and get succeed.

“ Focus on the solution, not on the problem.”

Without the circle team, we will not achieve our goal!
