Keep fundraising with a Call Centre from Evergiving!

Did you know that you can switch your face to face fundraisers over and keep acquiring donors with Evergiving’s Call Centre, if you temporarily need to take your fundraisers off the streets?

Using the Evergiving call centre feature, you can assign your fundraising teams to call donors from lists, and phone donors from anywhere via Evergiving’s in-built phone system. It’s otherwise very similar to face to face fundraising, just import call lists and add your face to face fundraisers as ‘Agents’. The process stays the same — your fundraisers use the same software to acquire new donors, they collect the same details, on the same Campaigns, and the donors receive the same welcome emails, and welcome sms. Using Evergiving, you can take payments or just process pledges over the phone, knowing that the Evergiving architecture remains fully PCI compliant and supports end to end credit card security, even working from home. Agents have limited access to data and will never even touch a credit card — that’s entered on the donor’s keypad. All your back end reporting, dashboards, exports and donor management integrations will work the same. You can even use the Evergiving platform to skill up your fundraising teams by setting up training modules that you create, which you can deploy to your fundraisers automatically.
