ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS EVERY TECH PERSON SHOULD POSSESS TO MAKE A POWERFUL ENTRY INTO THE INDUSTRY

We at CodeSharp had our very first expert roundup discussion where we focused on skills which are needed by a tech person to enter into the industry.

Here’s what the community says:

Rajinder Singh: According to me Stress management is important because sometimes it becomes very hectic to work under a project in an industry and stress can also affect the creative skills.

Vertika Shukla: CONFIDENCE- My personal experience says being confident solves most of the problem we face.
Industry needs those who can drive things forward and they are true leaders. You have so many tech skills but if you don’t have confidence to present it, someone else will take the credit of your work. Confidence is a kind of automatic ladder which adds one step automatically for you if you go confident towards your goals.

Shweta Jha: Yes this is the one of the important skills that everyone should have because if u don’t have confidence you cannot speak in front of anyone. And without confidence you cannot speak a single word in front of anyone.
And practically this is my personal experience and because of you(vertika), I came to the position where I can speak anything confidently.

And I want everyone who is related to this community to have 100% confidence and if they don’t have it they can improve here in this club.

Gourav Sharma: Hard work- It is also very important aspect ,by doing hard work we can achieve success . In every field we need to do hard work and practice.

Shashank Rawat: Soft Skills- I know that Soft skills are a set of related skills like communication, presentation, problem-solving etc. but you need them to work effectively in an organization.
As working in organization demand a person to work in teams and soft skills helps you in synchronizing yourself with team.
Of course,your technical skills will act as a foundation/solid structure and your soft skills will act as a layer of plaster and paint to that structure which makes everything look beautiful.

Garima Pandey: Passion- dedication and confidence are the most important things . By this only ,the person is able achieve the goal and his/her determination will lead to the height of success.

Chirag Aghi: Ability to express- Since many times this is being seen that people have an appreciable technical background but still they fail to crack interviews.
The major problem is to take some preliminary skills lightly. Knowledge and confidence is simply in vain if you can’t express the same. As the same pack can differ greatly based on the way to express.

Deepali Rai: Self motivation- people with self motivation can find a reason and strength to complete a task, even when challenging, without giving up or needing another to encourage them.
Ability to do what needs to be done, without influence from other people or situations.
