Custom Service Reports

You can customize the fields seen when completing service reports, as well as which fields are included in the emailed reports.

Setting > Edit Custom Fields and Reports

You can adjust the page, order displayed on that page. Also, you can set fields to required as well as remove fields you do not need.

When creating a service report, You will now have various page numbers, similar to the app

You can now save the report using the current time as the ‘End Time’

The Emailed Report to the customer will contain only the desired fields:
