Self Absorbed

We all want to feel important, to be noticed, to be recognized, to be understood, to be validated, to be needed, to be right, to be justified.

What if we didn’t care about any of that? What if we were willing to make others feel important, willing to be misunderstood? What if others opinions didn’t matter so much? if we didn’t feel the need to constantly defend ourselves or to cultivate our brand? What if we weren’t so self absorbed?
